Not a wall of charts. A queue: the statement that needs a non-signer, the cash count waiting on a second counter, the reimbursement approved and ready to pay, and how many days until the 990. A volunteer opens this once a week for five minutes in a carline, and that has to be enough.

A teacher opens a link, photographs the receipt, and submits — no account, no app. The submitter cannot approve their own request. A second officer has to authorize. Paying it writes the register payment, so the approval queue and the checkbook cannot drift apart.

The register that holds everything
Cash, checks, bank activity, and processor payouts — with Square, Stripe, and Givebacks each in their own clearing account so a payout is a transfer rather than a second carnival. Split the lumped Friday ACH onto the lines it actually belongs to.

Statement date, ending balance, tick what cleared. It will not lock until the difference is exactly $0. Then the monthly statement review goes to someone who cannot sign checks, who works a checklist of the specific red flags and signs it. The secretary keeps the original.
